Valve finally released the long awaited mobile version of Steam, simply called Steam Mobile! Its still beta, but can be downloaded free for Android, and for iOS devices.Steam Mobile will allow you to chat with your friends, view current offers on Steam and various other goodies.
EDIT: But for now to use the app you will need beta invitation..
